"Woman at front desk when we checked in didn't seem to know how to deal with 2 small issues. One was that we had reserved a room for the night that we arrived but she said it was for the next night. Upon my insistence that she look harder she realized her error and apologized. Second, we didn't know there were 2 doors to our room. First time ever. Our key would not work in the door. I was frustrated. The woman at the desk just gave me another key, which didn't work as well. She called maintence and they told her about the 2 doors and suggested that I try the other door, which I did not know about. The key worked in that door."
