"Everything was great except for two problems. One of them is excusable, since it could happen at any hotel: noisy neighbors late at night. Everything was great until our last night there. We had to wake up before 4:00 am to catch a flight, and it so happened that that night a very noisy family moved in next door. They kept me awake for a while, but finally we called the front desk and told them about the problem, and it the noise ceased almost immediately. The second problem involving water temperature was very strange. When I turned on the cold water in the sink, it came out steaming hot. I thought maybe the hot and cold were switched but they weren't. If I left the hot "cold" water on for about a minute it would slowly cool off to a lukewarm temperature, but it never got cold. Also, the water in the shower would not stay the same temperature. It would be nice and warm like I set it for about two mintues, then get uncomfortably hot for two minutes, then warm again, back and forth like this. It had no connection to flushing the toilet or running water in the sink. It just had a mind of its own. Other than that, and the pool being freezing cold even though the weather was in the 90's, everything was very nice there and the staff was very helpful."
